TheFinance/ Senior FinanceExecutive - Record to Report (RTR)will assist the Finance Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient roaming operation and prompt financial reporting. This includes all Record-to-Report (RTR) accounting and reporting activities on roaming settlement such as journals & invoices postings, answering operators’ queries, reporting on outstanding issues and payment status and look into streamlining of current processes.

Make an Impact by:
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient roaming operation and prompt financial reporting.
  • Work with Consumer Product team, Billing team and Credit Management team to ensure prompt postings of invoices and resolution of any outstanding issues.
  • Analyse current outstanding accounting entries and provide clear updates to internal teams and overseas operators when queries are received.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of processes and workflows through automation and adoption of new tools and software.
  • Understand any roadblocks in current processes and recommend alternatives and explore solutions.
  • Undertake any other duties as and when assigned.
Skills for Success:
  • Degree or equivalent qualified in an accounting/ business accounting discipline; or professional accounting qualification.
  • A strong technical accounting background with at least 3-4years’ experience in financial accounting ideally in a large corporate organization.
  • Experience working with SAP systems mandatory for this role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain facts clearly and logically.
  • Experience with workflows or system improvements and payment processing are added advantages.
