We are seeking a Finance Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of finance‑related projects that support business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations. This role is critical in ensuring that finance systems remain stable, enhancements are implemented effectively, and operational workflows run smoothly across the CFO organization. You will also be responsible for managing a team of Finance Business Analysts and ensuring seamless execution of tech priorities while maintaining operational excellence across finance processes.
Team and Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the finance transformation roadmap. You will directly manage a team of Finance Business Analysts, mentoring and developing their skills to ensure project success and professional growth.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the finance and ERP tech teams. Drive projects forward by actively participating in agile ceremonies, including roadmapping, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and huddles to align project goals, resolve dependencies, and remove roadblocks.
Issue and Ticket Management: Oversee the intake, prioritization, and triaging of all incoming issue tickets and enhancement requests related to finance systems using Jira. Ensure that issues are routed to the correct teams and addressed in a timely manner.
Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and performance against objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success.
Discovery & Innovation: Scope out requirements for new systems, tools, modules, and automation opportunities. Propose, compile, and deliver ROI analyses for any Capex or Opex investments to support decision‑making and prioritization.
