• Secured research grants as Principal Investigator worth RM150,000–RM200,000 (cumulative).
• Graduated at least 3 PhD students.
• Minimum Scopus h-index of 10.
• Experience in curriculum development and use of IT in teaching/learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach and develop teaching materials; conduct lectures, tutorials, practicals, and assessments.
• Participate in high quality programme and curriculum development.
• Plan teaching strategies to optimise student learning and motivation.
• Support research project work and postgraduate supervision.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in committees and external linkages.
