A leading provider of finance and accounting services is seeking a Finance Shared Service Centre Manager in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires overseeing a team of 40 to 50 associates, ensuring high service quality and compliance with internal policies. Candidates should possess at least 8 years of experience in Shared Services with strong leadership skills. In this role, the manager is expected to oversee and work with the respective team leads on the day-to-day operations of the Finance Shared Service Centre out of the KL office with a team of 40 to 50 Finance Associates responsible for O2C, P2P, R2R, and P2P transactions for 6–8 countries in APAC. Given the relatively new establishment of the SSC, the manager acts as a champion for it and is expected to identify areas of improvement in terms of processes, compile with Fugro’s compliance policies, and drive readiness of the SSC to take over more financial activities from local finance to the KL SSC in the long run.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Finance, APAC, with a dotted line to the Group FSSC Operations Manager.
