Job Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the preparation of management reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.

Identify variances and recommend corrective actions to align with financial goals.

Support strategic planning with financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Manage cash flow to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.

Monitor and mitigate financial risks through effective policies and controls.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets.

Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Ensure timely submission of tax filings and statutory reports.

Streamline financial processes and drive automation for efficiency.

Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial software and systems.

Act as a key liaison between the finance department and other business units.

Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and organizational goals.

Communicate financial performance and updates to stakeholders, including senior management and the board.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CPA qualification preferred).
  • Expertise in cost accounting, product costing, and variance analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Experience in inventory accounting (raw material, WIP, finished goods).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent).
  • Ability to prepare financial statements (IFRS/MFRS) and compliance reports.
  • Skilled in CAPEX evaluation, ROI analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of taxation, audit, and internal controls in manufacturing.
  • Experience in cash flow, working capital, and supply chain finance.
  • Ability to track manufacturing KPIs (cost per unit, efficiency, margins).
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage.
