Job summary

A reputable legal firm in Malaysia is looking for an experienced accountant to manage their accounts and support office operations. Responsibilities include maintaining books, handling cash flow, and managing client accounts. Job description

A reputable legal firm with 9 offices across Malaysia with over 20+ Legal Associates and over 150 supporting staff.

Salary Package : RM 6,000 - RM 7,000+

Working hours :Monday- Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Alternate Saturday 8.30am-1pm

Responsibilities

• To maintain account books and manage cash flow, payable and receivable of the firm.
• To support office day to day operation and able to handle general administrative task.
• To handle full set account.
• To attend to audit and tax filing relating to the accounts.
• To maintain and manage client and office account of the firm.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/ Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Legal/ Audit Field.
• Candidate must possess strong accounting process knowledge.
• Able to start work with short notice and work independently and analytical.
• Preferably applicant with experiences in legal firm account
