Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis – Develop financial strategies and conduct financial forecasting to align with organizational goals. Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvements.
- Budget Management – Prepare and monitor budgets, providing variance analysis to understand deviations from financial plans. Collaborate with departmental heads to manage expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance – Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audits to ensure accuracy and transparency. Identify and evaluate financial risks, implementing measures to mitigate exposure to potential losses. Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls.
- Investment and Funding Strategy – Assess potential investments and manage the organization’s portfolio to optimize returns. Evaluate financing options to secure necessary funding and manage debt to optimize the cost of capital.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; professional Accounting certificate is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years in finance, with experience in financial management roles.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SQL, UBS, QuickBooks) and advanced skills in Excel.
- Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey financial insights to stakeholders.
