Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small finance team to deliver timely and accurate financial reports.

Oversee full sets of accounts, consolidation, budgeting, taxation, and audit matters.

Monitor business unit performance and provide insights to support management decisions.

Manage working capital and cash flow to ensure financial stability.

Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process enhancements and system implementation.

Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.

Present financial updates and insights to senior management and board committees.

Build strong working relationships across departments and regional entities.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Strong technical expertise in full sets of accounts, FP&A, and financial reporting.

Hands‑on and proactive in resolving financial and accounting issues.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems; experience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
