Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Oversee bank and cash management activities, including daily bank balance monitoring and cash flow forecasting.
• Support external audits and year-end closing by preparing schedules and reconciling accounts.
• Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions while ensuring employee records are updated.
• Handle general administrative matters such as company license renewals and insurance policy management.
