Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and controls.
• Lead annual budgets and forecasts, monitor spending, and analyze variances.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
• Manage daily cash flow, monitor liquidity, and prepare cash projections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and coordinate with auditors.
• Oversee the full set of accounts and month-end closing activities.
• Work closely with operations to monitor food costs and ensure profitability.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and support management decisions.

Job description

Financial Strategy & Planning Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and controls to support company goals and ensure sound financial governance.

Budgeting & Forecasting Lead annual budgets and forecasts, monitor spending, and analyze variances to support cost control and decision‑making.

Financial Reporting Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management Manage daily cash flow, monitor liquidity, prepare cash projections, and maintain strong relationships with banks.

Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with auditors and tax agents.

Accounts Management Oversee the full set of accounts and ensure all month‑end closing activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

Cost Control & Operational Support Work closely with operations to monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory variances, ensuring profitability and financial discipline at outlet level.

Ad-hoc Support Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis, support management decisions, and perform other duties as required.

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
