About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our client in Bukit Minyak, Penang. As a full-time Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the company's financial operations and contributing to the strategic direction of the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and analysing financial reports, budgets and forecasts to support decision‑making regionally and locally
  • Managing the accounting team and ensuring accurate and timely financial records
  • Overseeing the company’s cash flow, accounts receivable and payable processes
  • Implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborating with department heads to provide financial insights and guidance
  • Supporting the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost‑savings initiatives
What we’re looking for
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting management role
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Background in manufacturing or listed companies is a plus
  • Exposure to IPO processes or corporate finance work is preferred
