Job description
  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance department.
  2. Perform credit control activities and conduct periodic reviews to ensure financial health.
  3. Monitor collections, approve payments, and ensure adequate cash flow for business operations.
  4. Lead budget planning, forecasting, and control to ensure effective allocation of resources and cost management.
  5. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
  6. Provide strategic data analysis, financial modelling, and research to support senior leadership decision‑making.
  7. Support project analysis, validation of business plans, and handle ad-hoc financial requests.
  8. Prepare month‑end closing schedules, financial statements, and relevant reports.
  9. Conduct financial analysis to identify issues, assess risks, and recommend solutions to mitigate business risks.
  10. Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
  11. Establish, implement, and maintain proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and accounting standards.
