Qualifications

  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/MIA/CIMA/ACCA/bachelor’s in finance/accounting or similar professional qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.

  • Manage cash flow, investment, and risk management activities.

  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Handle ad-hoc managerial duties as required.
