Job description

• Manage the monthly financial reporting process.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements with accuracy and on timely basis to meet deadlines.
• Analyze company’s financial performance.
• Manage company’s cashflow.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Deal with the company’s internal and external auditors, tax agents and legal matters.
• Ensure internal controls are in place.
• Responsible for the integrity, accuracy and efficiency of the company’s accounting system (Infor M3 and DEPM).
• Ensure monthly management reports and annual financial statements for JV partners are reported on a timely basis.
• Overall, in charge of GCFS to ensure monthly management accounts and annual financial statements are reported timely basis to meet deadlines.
• Assist the Financial Controller with the monthly reporting duties and to support financial decision making.
