About the role

MJ CLEANING SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations and reporting for our organisation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving the financial strategy and ensuring the company's long-term financial health. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, identifying trends and providing insights to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies
• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Provide financial planning and analysis support for strategic business decisions
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for
