Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our entire accounting function. This is a high-impact, hands‑on role requiring a leader who can manage day-to-day operations, provide strategic financial partnership to Senior Management, and drive business growth and cost‑control initiatives.

Strategic & Management Reporting

Lead the preparation of timely and accurate group financial reports, including full consolidation, monthly management accounts, and cash flow statements.

Provide insightful commentary and variance analysis to senior leadership to support decision-making.

Budgeting & Operations

Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, coordinating effectively with all department heads.

Oversee all core financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, inventory, credit control, and treasury management.

Compliance, Tax & Governance

Ensure strict compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Act as the primary liaison for all external parties, including auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries, to ensure all statutory and audit matters are concluded.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, ownership, and accountability.

Develop, implement, and refine financial policies, procedures, and systems (including QMS) to drive efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of progressive managerial experience in a finance or accounting leadership role.

Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial concepts.

Proven, hands‑on experience in group financial reporting, consolidation, and budgeting.

High proficiency with computerized accounting systems and financial information systems.

Results‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage tight deadlines and communicate effectively at all levels.
