Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to support the financial operations of our organization. This role requires someone who is proactive and hands-on involvement in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management. The ideal candidate should also have a strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Operations, Sales) to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Act as the primary focal point of contact with the Finance shared service center for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Responsible for daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and internal controls.
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
• 5-7 years relevant working experience.
• Strong working knowledge of core accounting principles in accordance with IFRS and business partnering.
