Overview
In charge of full set of accounts, budget, cash flow, costing and oversee all related accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts, budget, cash flow, costing and oversee all related accounting functions.
- Manage various reconciliations of accounts including inter-company balances / inter-division balances.
- Review monthly Management Accounts.
- Ensure monthly accounts are accurately prepared on time and adhere to accounting standard.
- Ensure timely reporting and submission of weekly/monthly/yearly reports to Head Office.
- Manage account team members on day to day tasks, verify data entries done by staff.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, lawyers, bankers, government authorities and etc.
- Involved in all aspect of accounting functions and ad-hoc projects assigned by the management from time to time.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Superior.
Job Requirements
- Preferably Degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Candidate without Degree but with relevant experiences will also be considered.
- More than 5 years relevant working experience and able to handle full set of accounts.
- Familiar with IFCA System (for Property Management) is an added advantage.
- Must be independent, result-oriented and resourceful.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
