Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee month-end closing and ensure MPERS and local tax compliance, including e-invoicing.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
• Monitor plantation production costs, retail margins, and e-commerce performance; implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, supplier payments, and customer collections.
• Support online sales, e-commerce platforms, and export transactions with proper financial controls.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies for transparency and compliance.
• Provide financial support to operations, procurement, HR, and inventory management.
• Coach and develop finance team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
