To optimize financial instruments and keep a healthy free cash flow.

Job Duties
  • GL Entries Checking and Updating in Accounting System
  • Checking and Posting of Accounting Entries in Accounting System
  • Weekly Cash Flow Plan for Fund Request and Arrangement
  • Monthly/Quarterly Tax Return Checking and Approval
  • Interco Balance Sheet Reconciliation
  • Month End Closing Schedule Reviewing and Monitoring
  • Monthly Financial Reporting & Consolidated Reporting
  • Maintain and Improve Internal Control; Company Policy are in accordance with Accounting Standards
  • Ensure Proper Filing and Keeping of Accounting Documents
  • Mentoring and Supervision of Accounts Staff, Performance Reviewing
  • Liaise with Banks, Auditor and Tax Agent
  • Other duties as required and that may occasionally be necessary to support the business.
Management or Supervisory Duties
  • Daily Operations: To ensure the daily functioning of a department or section or team.
  • Administration: To complete basic administrative work (manage appraisal, confirmation, promotion, discipline, leave, attendance, absentee) and correspond among department or section or team.
  • Evaluation: Regularly evaluate data and employee performance; reward and promote good performers, coach and motivate poor performers; track and report scorecard results to senior management.
  • Enforcing Policy: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies; enforce company policy to cultivate an environment where employees hold one another accountable for their actions.
  • Staffing: To interview, identify, hire, and train new employees; coach and further develop existing employees.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance, direction, leadership and support to ensure goals are accomplished; develop team members through feedback and coaching.
  • Set Goals: Set performance goals and deadlines in line with the company plans and vision; communicate them to subordinates.
  • Delegation: Delegate workloads effectively while monitoring progress; identify strengths and weaknesses of staff and assign appropriate tasks.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with staff and superiors and convey information to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Model and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitoring: Monitor progress toward goals and take action to strengthen results.

Job Requirements
