• 8+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within accounting or MLM/e-commerce industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
