Job summary

A fast-growing wellness and beauty group is seeking a Finance Manager / Accountant. In this role, you will handle daily accounting, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally in e-commerce or retail, and is detail-oriented and organized. Strong knowledge of accounting software and bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred. This position offers a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Experience in budget planning and management.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily e-commerce sales from various platforms.
• Prepare financial statements and manage accruals.
• Process supplier invoices and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support management in financial planning and cash flow projections.
