Job summary

Commerz Global Service Solutions invites Finance interns to join a hands-on program in Petaling Jaya. You’ll support expense management, reporting, and process improvements while learning practical accounting skills in a real-world corporate setting.

The role is onsite for 3–6 months with a RM1,000 monthly allowance. Eligible candidates are pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance and are fluent in English, with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English & Mandarin.
• Independent, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• To assist expense management and HO reporting in repetitive tasks, freeing up time for automation.
• Prepare and assist with journal postings.
• Assist with invoice processing.
• Update monthly templates to ensure accruals are recorded.
• Compile reports and update reporting templates.
• Create new GLs.
• Prepare any adhoc requests.
