We’re scaling a digital-finance ecosystem that merges credit, ewallet and embedded-finance solutions—and we need a Finance & HR Manager who can own both numbers and people.
You’ll design financial systems, manage cashflow and build HR frameworks that keep a fast-moving fintech running smoothly. This is a hands‑on, self‑starter role—ideal for someone who thrives on independence and building processes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end accounting, budgeting, cashflow and financial reporting.

Build financial models to evaluate new digital products and business lines.

Handle statutory compliance (SST, LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and audit matters.

Oversee payroll and employee benefits administration.

Lead recruitment, performance management and culture initiatives for a scaling team.

Implement cloud‑based tools for finance and HR automation.

Partner with founders on resource planning and strategic forecasting.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (ACCA, CPA, CIMA an advantage).

5+ years of experience in finance and HR, preferably in fintech or tech background.

Solid knowledge of Malaysian financial and HR regulations.

Analytical and organized with a builder’s mindset.

Independent, resourceful, and comfortable operating without layers of support.
