We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance External Auditor to join our team for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and document end-to-end Group finance processes across multiple business units and systems.
  • Facilitate workshops with process owners and contributors to define and standardize process scopes.
  • Develop and maintain process flowcharts using SAP Signavio to visualize finance activities.
  • Understand and harmonize finance processes within the group to ensure consistency and standardization.
  • Communicate effectively with process owners, stakeholders, and management to manage expectations.
  • Proactively report progress, challenges, and opportunities to the Reporting Manager, Head of Department, and Head Office Process Governance.
  • Continuously review and update process documentation as new information becomes available.
  • Identify and propose process improvement opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Actively participate in departmental projects and ad-hoc business activities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal/external audit, finance process documentation, or related finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of finance terms, processes, and concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize complex operational information.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a multinational organization is preferred.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in complex organizational structures and systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP Signavio is an advantage, though experience with other process mapping or documentation tools is also acceptable.
