A global real estate firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance Executive to manage accounts receivable, credit control, and payables. The role requires a degree in Finance and 2–3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with financial systems are essential. Finance Executive is responsible for supporting accounts receivable, credit control, and payables. Your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Prepare and issue monthly invoices for rental, turnover rent, advance rent, and deposits.
Maintain and update tenant sales summaries, upload reports into Yardi, and ensure timely submission of sales data.
Reconcile tenant sales figures and ensure accuracy between systems and reports.
Collaborate with Yardi providers to resolve backend issues and improve data flow.
Track annual audited sales reports and make necessary rental adjustments.
Verify and update tenant bank guarantees in Yardi.
Monitor collections, update aging reports, and manage notable debts.
Participate in monthly credit control meetings with the property owner.
Reconcile collections and process reimbursements to respective parties
Degree in Finance or related
2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in property management or retail.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with Yardi or similar financial systems is a plus.
A proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate and solve problems effectively
