About the role
Finance Executive

Finance Executive is responsible for supporting accounts receivable, credit control, and payables. Your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare and issue monthly invoices for rental, turnover rent, advance rent, and deposits.

  • Maintain and update tenant sales summaries, upload reports into Yardi, and ensure timely submission of sales data.

  • Reconcile tenant sales figures and ensure accuracy between systems and reports.

  • Collaborate with Yardi providers to resolve backend issues and improve data flow.

  • Track annual audited sales reports and make necessary rental adjustments.

  • Verify and update tenant bank guarantees in Yardi.

Credit Control
  • Monitor collections, update aging reports, and manage notable debts.

  • Participate in monthly credit control meetings with the property owner.

Accounts Payable
  • Reconcile collections and process reimbursements to respective parties

About You
  • Degree in Finance or related

  • 2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in property management or retail.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with Yardi or similar financial systems is a plus.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate and solve problems effectively
