Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is launching a Shared Services Centre and seeks a Finance Executive - Opex Planning to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses. You will partner with business and finance stakeholders to monitor costs, validate data, and support governance across the organisation.

The role emphasizes process improvement, accuracy, and timely reporting, requiring collaboration across teams and strong analytical skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or related discipline.
• 4+ years in financial accounting, budgeting, and analysis in a corporate environment.
• Experience with Opex planning is advantageous.
• Proficiency in SAP and FP&A tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to strengthen cost governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor expenditure trends and variances.
• Prepare Opex reports, journals, and month-end close documentation.
• Coordinate Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting activities including FTE/Opex planning.
