Job description

Responsible for preparing and analyzing various financial reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting management with financial insights. This role involves coordinating with different departments, adhering to financial compliance standards, and contributing to process improvements to streamline reporting tasks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare for financial entries and reconciliation.
  • Prepare for financial reporting including Balance Sheet Review, actual Cash Flow, Loyalty reports.
  • Conduct monthly Management Accounting analysis.
  • Review general entries from P2P teams and intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounting and financial closing monthly activities.
  • Continuously propose and support the team in process workflow improvement initiatives.
  • To undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management occasionally.
Requirements
  • Relevant financial closing, GL and reporting experience in a similar industry, is a plus.
  • Preferable candidate from relevant accounting background e.g.: ACCA/ CPA.
  • Experienced in navigating within an ERP environment, i.e. Microsoft Dynamics AX, etc.
  • 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on reporting and reconciliation.
  • Business partnership and team player mind-set.
  • Strong command in both spoken and written English.
  • Actual “hands-on” experience in performing financial closing and operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in an articulate manner, with team members across all levels.
  • Dynamic and less-conformant to traditional nine-to-five type working hours.
  • Experienced in Agile way of working.
  • Positive mind-set and self-driven.
