• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), process invoices and payments.
• Prepare financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with MFRS.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare bi‑monthly SST filing and quarterly/yearly tax submissions.
• Handle liaising with tax agent and auditor.

Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include:

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), process invoices and payments, and maintain organized records of all financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports, including management reports and reports for statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare bi‑monthly SST filing.
• Prepare quarter/yearly tax for submission including overseas tax filing.
• Handle and liaise with tax agent and auditor.
• Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Other ad‑hoc tasks may be assigned.
