Assist Finance Manager or lead-equivalent with month end financial close.

Assist in preparation of commercial reports for Directors’ review and decision making.

Assist in group reporting to foreign holding parent.

Assist with corporate taxation.

Liaison with various consultants, amongst others include auditors & tax specialists.

Liaison with authorities.

Oversee company asset owners’ accountability and coordinate stock count exercises.

Other day-to-day finance function administrative.
