Job description

Responsibility

• To maintain bank book, accounts receivable and payable are recorded in up-to-date status with accuracy and completeness.
• To prepare payment for overseas creditors and local creditors.
• To prepare an official receipt for overseas customers once payment is in our foreign currency account.
• To perform accounts payable, such as verifying all invoices for payment, ensuring expenditures are charges to the appropriate account.
• To prepare overseas and local debtor’s statement.
• To perform any other related duties as the management may require from time to time.
• Additional responsibilities as when instructed by superior.
