Position Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our finance function and ensure accurate financial operations. In this role, you will assist with financial recordkeeping, reporting, and analysis, as well as help manage accounts payable/receivable, cash flow monitoring, and compliance with financial policies and standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely and reliable financial information, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and contribute to process improvements that enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

Job Description :

Prepare, review, and support financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow analyses and management accounts to provide insights on the company’s financial performance.

General Ledger & Reconciliations

Manage and maintain the general ledger, perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, inter-company accounts, debtors and creditors to ensure accuracy of financial records.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Support

Assist in processing invoices, payments, collections, and tracking receivables; ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis to help identify trends and inform decision-making.

Cash Flow & Financial Operations

Monitor daily cash positions, assist with cash flow planning and help manage general financial operations to support business needs.

Compliance & Internal Controls

Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory requirements and internal controls; support audit processes and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities as needed.

Organise and maintain financial records, documentation, and schedules in accordance with company procedures and reporting standards.

Reporting & Monitoring

Generate related reports for management review.

Monitor data accuracy and flag discrepancies or unusual patterns.

Communicate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals to facilitate desired outcomes.

Stay updated on internal procedures, and regulatory requirements, to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant operational support.

Work well with team members and other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective completion of financial tasks.

Perform any other responsibilities as required by management.

Job Requirement :

2-3 years of experience in finance or related role.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

High attention to details and accuracy in handling numerical and written data.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Competent in handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Proficiency in word processing and data entry tasks (Microsoft Office, etc.).

Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax requirements.

Work effectively in fast-paced with minimum supervision.
