A local travel association in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and maintain accurate financial records. Candidates should hold a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, with 2–3 years of accounting experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. Fresh graduates passionate about accounting are also welcome to apply.

Join Our Team! MATTA is HIRING – Finance Executive

Join our team as a Finance Executive, where you’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records. Your main duties will include:

Responsibilities:
  • Handling the full set of accounts and ensuring timely closing and preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Performing reconciliations on balance sheet items, fixed assets, revaluations, etc.
  • Preparing, examining, and analyzing accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Adhering to financial policies, procedures, and internal control measures.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting.
  • 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SQL accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for accounting are encouraged to apply.
