A financial services company in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage full sets of accounts and prepare management reports. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Finance or Accounting and have 3-5 years of relevant experience in trading or manufacturing. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Prepare full set of accounts, management report and ad hoc financial analysis to help improve overall results of the company.
Manage fixed asset transactions & prepare monthly bank reconciliation, ensure accurate financial records.
To lead and manage stock take exercise
General Ledger Administration related issue
Preparing and overseeing budgets and financial forecasts.
Plan, manage and monitor the cash flow to ensure the overdue sales amounts are recovered and sufficient cash maintain for payments.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Ensure all management, consolidated account and statutory reporting submissions are done on a timely and accurate basis.
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
Providing financial analysis and advice to senior management.
Collaborating with other departments such as production, procurement, and sales to ensure smooth financial operations.
Taxation & Auditing related matters
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by the superior or management.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar degree
At least 3-5 Years(s) of working experience in the related field
Experience in trading, manufacturing and project accounting
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact at all levels
Ability to work independently & multi-task
