Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for Indonesia, Philippines, and Malaysia entities in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards across all jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and statutory filings.
2. Management Reporting & Analysis
  • Consolidate regional financial results and prepare variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
  • Support the preparation of management reports for senior leadership and investors.
  • Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
3. Tax & Regulatory
  • Liaise with tax agents and authorities to ensure timely tax submissions and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor financial regulatory changes across Indonesia, Philippines, and Malaysia, and advise on relevant impacts.
4. Treasury Management
  • Manage daily cash flow, banking transactions, and fund transfers for regional entities.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital requirements.
  • Liaise with regional banks and handle cross-border fund transfer matters.
5. Processes & Controls
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Support ERP system enhancements and automation initiatives for finance processes.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with project teams, operations, and corporate finance to support project financing and investment structures.
  • Coordinate with regional finance teams and group headquarters to ensure reporting alignment.
7. Other Responsibilities
  • Support investment analysis and project evaluations.
  • Assist with corporate exercises and secretarial matters.
  • Perform ad‑hoc assignments as directed by the Senior Finance Manager or senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) preferred.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and compliance, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or renewable sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP for Indonesia, Philippines, and Malaysia.
  • Experience in multi-country reporting and consolidation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
