Overview

The Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities, and ensuring proper documentation of all company payments. This role requires strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting the company’s operational and compliance needs. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and join us right away.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a full set of accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date bookkeeping records.
  • Record all payments, receipts, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process payment vouchers, staff claims, and supplier invoices.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure prompt settlements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain organised documentation and filing of all finance-related records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support in statutory submissions (e.g. SST, tax filings) and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when necessary.
  • Assist in budget tracking and cost monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
