Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage WIP accounting and ensure accurate cost control measures are in place.
• Implement and monitor financial strategies that support the company's growth and operational efficiency.
• Review and analyze project risks, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CA, or ACCA qualification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction industry accounting practices.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the percentage of completion concept.
