Lead overall financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and long-term financial sustainability

Ensure accurate financial reporting, PSAK compliance, and full audit readiness

Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, treasury operations, funding, and banking relationships

Manage tax compliance, audits, and dispute resolution

Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and policy compliance

Lead procurement strategy, vendor governance, and cost-efficiency initiatives

Provide financial insights to support investment decisions and business growth

Oversee SAP implementation, ERP optimization, and digital transformation initiatives

Drive workflow automation, process improvements, and system efficiency

Ensure strong cybersecurity, data governance, and system/network reliability

Maintain and update MIS policies, SOPs, WIs, and documentation

Present financial results, analysis, and risk assessments to senior management and board-level committees

Advise leadership on financial performance, risks, and strategic matters

Lead and develop senior leaders across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and MIS

Build and maintain strong relationships with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions

Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA or other professional certification

At least 10 years of accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry

Candidate must be willing to be based in Jakarta office

Comfortable with business and work travelling
