The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of relevant experience in MNCs, preferably with a background in Big 4 Audit. Job description

Responsibilities

• Key member of the Management Team
• Oversee Finance Operations in 3 cities within the SEA region
• Leading, manage and developing team capabilities
• Ensure timely delivery of reporting packages and management reports (actuals, budget, forecasts)
• Monthly closing and ensuring statutory financial statements is in accordance with IFRS
• Responsible for the execution and compliance of internal controls in line with Corporate internal control framework
• Maintain effective and adequate internal controls over company assets as well as over authorization rules as defined by Corporate
• Further optimization of processes, systems, tools, controls
• Liaise with internal, external auditors and tax agents
• Managing ad-hoc projects

Qualifications: Degree in Accounting & Finance / ACCA / CPA / CMA

Work experience: 15-20 years of relevant experience in an MNC environment. Ideally with Big 4 Audit experience

Other requirements:

• BI / Power BI / Excel proficiency, SAP knowledge preferred
• Strong leader and people management experience
