Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Strategy

• Oversee all financial operations for the region, including accounting, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive financial performance and operational efficiency through insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Lead annual budget and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with group objectives.
• Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and compliance frameworks to ensure sound governance.

Business Partnership

• Partner closely with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, optimize margins, and enhance profitability.
• Provide financial insights to support data-driven decision-making and strategic business growth.
• Serve as a key liaison with the Group Finance / Holding Company.

Leadership & People Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture within the finance organization.

Governance & Compliance

• Oversee statutory and management reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes in all operating entities.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements
