Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in audit, financial reporting, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of financial records, policies, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.
• Prepare management and board reports, financial statements, and due diligence materials.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
