A financial services company in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Financial Assistant to manage Account Receivables and Payables. Responsibilities include data entry, prompt issuance of invoices, matching purchase invoices, and ensuring efficient document archiving. The right candidate will have experience with accounting tasks and familiarity with AR/AP processes. This role is vital for maintaining accuracy in financial operations and assisting the Senior Finance Manager when needed.
Account Receivables (AR) and Account Payables (AP) data entry into accounting system
Handle day to day AR functions including timeliness and accuracy issuance of all sales invoices (cross countries – Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) and relevant customer portals.
Handle day to day operation of AP function including perform matching of all purchase invoices and expenses to supporting document and PO (cross countries – Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)
Good understanding of process flow for AR and AP
Ensure proper and systematic digitise documents/ archiving is done in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in other accounting duties as assigned by Senior Manager (Finance)
