Job Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and prior experience on system improvements project.
• Identify and drive process transformation within the Finance Department using AI-driven tools, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and SAS (“Statistical Analysis Suite”).
• To work cross-functionally with stakeholders to oversee the successful adoption of digital finance tools, automation, and transformation projects aimed at enhancing financial efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision making.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to propose, evaluate, select and implement improvements to support business goals and enhance data-driven decision making.
• Train and motivate team members on AI tools and applications to foster adoption and proficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related professional qualification (e.g., MIA, MICPA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA)
• Experience with accounting software and/or RPA tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, UiPath)
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, including tasks such as audit, invoicing, reconciliation, or accounts payable.
• Keen to stay updated on the latest news and development on technology advances
• Familiarity with machine learning applications and data analytics tools is a plus
