• Process and verify invoices in line with company policies
• Record and maintain accounts payable transactions
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare vendor payments based on agreed terms
• Handle vendor inquiries and payment issues
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
• Conduct company searches and due diligence for new customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to support financial operations
