Responsibilities

  • Record and post journal entries for accurate bookkeeping.
  • Issue invoices, purchase orders, and update accounts receivable.
  • Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements.
  • Process employee payroll and statutory contributions accurately.
  • Maintain and update accounting and payroll databases.
  • Respond to staff and customer inquiries related to claims and payroll.
  • Handle general administrative tasks including office maintenance.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
  • Record and post journal entries to ensure accurate bookkeeping of business transactions.
  • Issue invoices, purchase orders, and update accounts receivable records.
  • Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc.) in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Process employee payroll and statutory contributions accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update accounting and payroll databases; ensure timely archiving of financial documents.
  • Respond to staff and customer inquiries related to claims, payroll, billing, and other relevant matters.
  • Handle general administrative tasks including office maintenance, replenishing groceries and stationery, insurance matters, phone calls, digital filing, and daily operations.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
