Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Finance Analyst to support daily finance operations and reporting. You will manage accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and monthly closes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory and Group requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in Finance or Accounting, a degree in Accounting/Finance, and SAP proficiency. Experience in a shared service environment is advantageous. Join a dynamic UOB team in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Audit.
Degree in Accounting or Finance, or professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
Experience in shared services/Global Business Services is an advantage.
Working knowledge of SAP is a must.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
Review transactions to ensure compliance with statutory and Group requirements.
Assist in cost monitoring and provide insights on actual vs budget.
Perform day-to-day accounting, month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
Ensure timely and accurate management accounts, notes, cash flow, and tax submissions.
Support planning and budgeting exercises.
Assist in system and process enhancements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and other parties to ensure compliance.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
