• Handle Group consolidation accounts of public listed company.
• Perform thorough analysis and provide business unit financial performance reporting.
• Manage taxation matters, banking, cash flows, and reporting.
• Lead finance analysis to optimize operational cost efficiency.
• Review and implement finance operating processes and internal controls.
• Drive improvement based on internal audit findings and enhance SOPs.
• Manage Group tax planning and compliance with tax advisors.
• Provide oversight and analysis of financial performance across investments.
• Liaise with internal teams and external professional authorities.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
