Job summary

A recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking a finance professional to manage pricing discrepancies and validate sales data. The ideal candidate will have at least 3–5 years of experience in a multinational environment and possess strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include data analysis, finance support, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel is required. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

  • Review pricing structures before circulation for approval and maintain the pricing database.

Job description

Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies in CERPS, ZP, and customer records.

Review pricing structures before circulation for approval; maintain pricing database and ensure proper filing and communication with relevant stakeholders.

2. Data Validation & Reporting

Validate sales data between Haleon system and distributor reports.

Provide monthly analysis by brand and account to support Demand Review and forecasting processes.

3. Trade Spend Management

Access and review reports, data, and documents via Trade Spend Management (TSM) system and viewer tools.

4. Finance & Administrative Support

Assist business partners with finance-related and administrative tasks.

Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Attend business meeting along with finance business partners.

5. Inventory and E2E COGS Support

Maintained by SKU GS to GP analysis

Partnering with Supply Chain team for Inventory end-to-end accountability.

E2E COGS preparation and analysis.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a commercial finance function within a multinational company (MNC) environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with large datasets.

Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP/CERPS) and Excel; experience with reporting and analysis tools is an added advantage.
