Job Description
  • Manage AP, AR, and/or GL Function
  • Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or General Ledger (GL) functions of the company
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
  • Prepare Monthly Accounting Records
  • Generate and prepare monthly accounting journals, ledgers, and other essential accounting records
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
  • Costing and Inventory Reporting
  • Prepare costing and inventory reports to support decision-making processes
  • Conduct regular analysis to optimize inventory management
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by preparing and submitting accurate and timely regulatory reports
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting accounting and finance activities
  • Support in Accounting and Finance Activities
  • Provide support in various areas of accounting and finance activities as assigned by the finance leadership team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall organizational financial goals
