- Oversee the preparation of financial records, monthly and annual company reports.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and expenditure control in line with approved allocations.
- Supervise salary processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Review and approve invoices, staff claims, and supplier payments.
- Prepare financial reports and performance analysis for Board of Directors meetings.
Administration
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.
- Manage office procurement, asset maintenance, and inventory control.
- Coordinate office administration, including facilities and official company documentation.
- Liaise with external parties such as banks, government agencies, suppliers, and tenants.
- Prepare operational and administrative reports for management as scheduled.
Development & Compliance
- Ensure all financial and administrative activities comply with legal, policy, and audit requirements.
- Encourage continuous learning and development for administrative staff.
- Support process improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
