Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation of financial records, monthly and annual company reports.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and expenditure control in line with approved allocations.
  • Supervise salary processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Review and approve invoices, staff claims, and supplier payments.
  • Prepare financial reports and performance analysis for Board of Directors meetings.
Administration
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.
  • Manage office procurement, asset maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Coordinate office administration, including facilities and official company documentation.
  • Liaise with external parties such as banks, government agencies, suppliers, and tenants.
  • Prepare operational and administrative reports for management as scheduled.
Development & Compliance
  • Ensure all financial and administrative activities comply with legal, policy, and audit requirements.
  • Encourage continuous learning and development for administrative staff.
  • Support process improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
